Application form fee is ₦10,000 only and is non-refundable.
Upon filling out the form, all subscribers must provide a valid Means of Identification to be attached to the form.
Upon full payment, reasonable development is expected to commence within six months. Failure to develop may result in possible reallocation.
No payment should be made to any agent, marketer or representative of the company. The company will not take responsibility for payments not made in favour of Standard Rank Properties Limited at designated banks.
In case of demise of a subscriber, the next of kin takes ownership of the property upon meeting the applicable requirements.
Interest is only transferable upon full payment of the purchase sum and must be with the consent of the company.
No allocation of plot upon part payment.
Subscribers on installmental payment plans will be allocated plots only in the available phase of the estate at the time of completion of payment.
Upon allocation, every subscriber is expected to build strictly according to the approved prototype, roof and paint colour included, to maintain uniformity.
Setting out and excavation shall be handled strictly by the company's team of professionals.
Every subscriber is expected to pay the applicable infrastructural charge before occupying their property.
Ninety (90) days' notice is required for withdrawal of interest, upon which a 20% administrative charge will be deducted.
